Before you write about a paid submission

If your question involves payment, please note that JobPathFL confirms paid status through Stripe’s verified payment processing. Returning to a payment return page in your browser is informational and is not by itself proof of payment. If checkout completed but your submission still shows as awaiting payment, allow a short time for processing and include your submission reference if you have one.

Verified Employer Profile cancellations

To cancel future renewals for a Verified Employer Profile, email contact@jobpathfl.com with the employer name, checkout email, and a clear request to stop recurring billing. See billing, cancellation, and refund terms in our Terms of Service for full terms.

Response times

We read support messages regularly and aim to respond as promptly as practical. Response times may vary based on volume, holidays, and whether additional review is required. Submission review and publication timelines are separate from support response times and are described on the Post a Job pages.
