Terms of Service
Rules for using JobPathFL and submitting employer listings.
Last updated: July 8, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Job Path Florida (“JobPathFL,” “we,” “us”) and related employer submission, review, and payment flows. By using JobPathFL or submitting a listing, you agree to these Terms.
About JobPathFL
JobPathFL is an employment directory that helps job seekers discover Florida employers, categories, and opportunities by location. JobPathFL provides information and placement services. We are not the employer of record for listings on the site unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You agree to use JobPathFL lawfully and in good faith. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, scrape or harvest data in violation of these Terms, or submit false, misleading, or harmful information.
Employer submissions and review
Employers, recruiters, schools, public agencies, and other organizations may submit listings or placement requests through JobPathFL forms. All submissions are subject to review.
- Submission does not guarantee acceptance, publication, placement location, duration, ranking, traffic, applicants, or hiring results.
- JobPathFL may approve, decline, edit, remove, pause, or request changes to any listing at our discretion.
- Paid placement does not imply endorsement, partnership, or verification beyond what is explicitly stated for a given product (for example, a Verified Employer Profile badge where applicable).
- JobPathFL reviews paid submissions after payment is confirmed through our payment processor. Returning to a payment return page in your browser is informational only and is not by itself proof of payment.
See our Employer Advertising & Placement Policy for additional submission standards.
Paid services
Certain options require payment through Stripe checkout. Prices, terms, renewal intervals, and placement details are described on the relevant Post a Job pages and plan summaries. By completing checkout, you authorize charges according to the selected plan.
Paid Placements, Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds
Some JobPathFL services may involve paid placements, including employer listings, featured job placements, hiring-event promotions, or Verified Employer Profiles. Payment does not guarantee publication. JobPathFL may decline, edit, or request corrections for submissions that do not meet our standards, contain inaccurate information, create a poor user experience, or fall outside the purpose of the site.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Refunds are less likely once a listing, profile, or placement has been published, approved, or begun its placement term. One-time placements generally apply to the selected placement period once published.
Verified Employer Profiles may renew every 90 days unless canceled before the next renewal date. Canceling a recurring profile stops future renewals but generally does not create a partial refund for an active term.
For billing, cancellation, or refund questions, contact JobPathFL at contact@jobpathfl.com.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, including job details, employer identity, application instructions, compensation representations where provided, and compliance with applicable employment, advertising, and anti-discrimination laws. You must have authority to submit materials on behalf of the employer or organization identified in the listing.
Intellectual property and license
JobPathFL and its site content, branding, and layout are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. By submitting content, you grant JobPathFL a non-exclusive license to use, display, adapt, format, and publish that content on the site and in related operational communications for the purpose of operating the directory and fulfilling the selected placement.
Third-party links and employers
JobPathFL links to external career pages and employer websites. We do not control third-party sites, hiring decisions, application processes, or employment terms. Your relationship with any employer is solely between you and that employer.
Disclaimers
JobPathFL is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobPathFL disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes from any listing or placement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobPathFL and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, applicants, or business opportunities arising from use of the site or any listing. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a paid placement will not exceed the amount you paid to JobPathFL for the specific placement giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify JobPathFL against claims arising from your submissions, your use of the site, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by JobPathFL’s own intentional misconduct or negligence where prohibited by law.
Changes
We may modify these Terms, site features, pricing, or policies from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies.
