• Submission content — job descriptions, employer details, event information, logos, links, and other materials you provide through Post a Job forms or related flows.
• Payment-related information — paid placements are processed through Stripe. We receive payment status, transaction references, and related billing metadata needed to confirm payment and manage placements. Card numbers and full payment credentials are handled by Stripe, not stored directly by JobPathFL.
• Technical and usage information — such as browser type, device information, IP address, and basic site interaction data collected through normal web server logs, Cloudflare Web Analytics, or similar technologies needed to operate, secure, and understand use of the site.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Review, publish, update, or remove employer and job listings
• Communicate with employers about submissions, billing questions, corrections, or policy matters
• Process and confirm paid placements and subscription renewals
• Respond to support requests, link reports, and general inquiries
• Operate, maintain, protect, and improve JobPathFL
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our policies

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers — such as payment processors (including Stripe), email delivery providers, hosting partners, and Cloudflare (including Cloudflare Web Analytics) that help us operate the site, only as needed to provide their services.
• Legal and safety purposes — when required by law, legal process, or to protect JobPathFL, users, or the public.

Published listing content you approve for display may appear on public JobPathFL pages.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure basic site usage, such as page views and general traffic patterns. This helps us understand how visitors use JobPathFL and improve the directory. Cloudflare processes this information as a service provider on our behalf. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to provide aggregated usage insight without using advertising trackers or selling visitor data.

Payment processing

Paid employer options use Stripe for checkout and recurring billing where applicable. Stripe’s handling of payment data is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy and terms. JobPathFL uses payment confirmation from Stripe’s verified systems — not browser return pages alone — to determine whether a paid submission has been paid.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the directory, manage employer relationships, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and how it is used.

Your choices

You may contact us to request corrections, updates, or removal of listing information where appropriate. You may also ask questions about how your information is used. Some requests may be limited where we must retain information for legal, billing, or operational reasons.

Children’s privacy

JobPathFL is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No website or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
